However, if something doesn’t go as expected, we’re here to help.

1. Damaged or Broken Product on Delivery
If your package arrives damaged, broken, or tampered with, please follow the steps below so we can assist you quickly:

The damaged outer carton

The product inside

The shipping label

Mention the damage to the delivery partner at the time of receiving the parcel.

Our team will verify the damage.

A reverse pickup will be arranged from your address.

Once the product reaches our facility and is inspected, we will process a refund or replacement, as per your preference.
2. Defective Product Received
If the product you receive is defective, leaking, spoilt, or improperly sealed, we will replace or refund it after verification.
Steps to follow:

Email us within 24 hours of delivery.

Attach clear images/videos showing the defect and the outer carton.

Keep the product unused and in its original condition until our team reviews it.
After verification:

We will arrange a reverse pickup.

After inspection at our warehouse, we will issue a refund or replacement.
3. Taste Preference / Not Liking the Tea
Taste can vary from person to person — especially with tea.Since flavour preferences are subjective, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for reasons related to taste.
We encourage customers to try smaller packs first if they are experimenting with new blends.
4. Conditions for Returns & Replacements
We can only accept return requests if:

The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery.

The product is unused, untampered, and in its original packaging.

All labels, pouches, and cartons are intact.

The item is eligible under our damage/defect policy.
We cannot accept returns for:

Opened, used, or partially consumed products

Taste-related dissatisfaction

Products bought at a discount or during sale campaigns (unless damaged)
5. Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the refund.
Refund time:
⏳ 3–5 business days
The refund will be credited to your original mode of payment.
