1. Order Cancellation by Customer

• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them, provided they are not shipped yet.
  
• Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

2. Automatic Cancellation

Your order may be cancelled if:

• The payment is not completed
  
• The address is incorrect or unserviceable
  
• The product is unavailable or out of stock (rare case)
  

In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
